About HANEDA points in general
Q01Please tell me about HANEDA points.
This is a point service that can be earned and used by customers who use the official Haneda Airport app when shopping at participating stores within Haneda Airport. (Click here for eligible stores Terminal 1 and Terminal 2) Earned points can be exchanged for "shopping coupons" and can be used when shopping.
Q02Please tell me how to use (start using) HANEDA points.
To start the HANEDA point service, you will need to download the Haneda Airport official app. To collect points, please present your membership card barcode in the app at the store. To use (exchange) accumulated points, you will need to register as a HANEDA member (which can be done immediately within the app).
Q03Do I need to register as a member to start using HANEDA Points?
You can earn points by simply downloading the official Haneda Airport app (presenting your membership card barcode at a store), but in order to use (exchange) the points you have accumulated, you must register as a HANEDA member (which can be done immediately within the app). Please note that this will be required.
Q04I have already registered as a HANEDA member online. Can I earn and use HANEDA points?
Even if you are already registered as a HANEDA member online, you will need to download the Haneda Airport official app. You can also use your accumulated points by logging in using your HANEDA member ID (JapanAirport ID) on the app.
Q05CanI only earn and use HANEDA points using the app (Haneda Airport official app)?

How to save and use HANEDA points
Q01Pleasetell me how to earn HANEDA points.
When shopping at stores eligible for HANEDA points (Terminal 1 / Terminal 2), please present your membership card barcode in the official Haneda Airport app. Earn 10 points for every 500 yen (excluding tax) spent on purchases of 500 yen (excluding tax) or more. Please note that in order to use (exchange) accumulated points, you will need to register as a HANEDA member (which can be done immediately within the app).
Q02How many HANEDA points can I earn at the store? What is the point allocation rate (return rate)?
The point grant rate (return rate) is 2% of the purchase amount. For every 500 yen (excluding tax) spent on purchases of 500 yen (excluding tax) or more, you will earn 10 points, and 100 points can be exchanged for a 100 yen shopping coupon. Please note that shopping bags and shipping charges are not eligible for points.
Q03Pleasetell me which products I cannot earn points for.
Ice packs, postage, and paid shopping bags are not included.
Q04When will HANEDA points be awarded?
As a general rule, points awarded for shopping at eligible stores will be reflected within the next day after payment. If you use the in-app retroactive application for points, points will be awarded within 7 days, excluding Sundays and holidays. (For subsequent applications, the grant timing will be irregular during Golden Week periods and long holidays such as the year-end and New Year holidays.)
Q05Can I add points later (apply after the fact)?
You can submit a retroactive claim within the app within 7 days, including the date of purchase. By entering the required information, points will be awarded within 7 days, excluding Sundays and holidays and holidays. (The timing of points awarded will be irregular during long holidays such as Golden Week and the New Year holidays.) Please note that you can submit up to 5 retroactive claims per day.
Q06Howcan I check my accumulated HANEDA points and their history?
You can check the history of granting and using (exchanging) HANEDA points from My Page in the Haneda Airport official app.
Q07How can I use (exchange) HANEDA points? Please tell me how.
From the official Haneda Airport app, follow the prescribed procedures within the app to exchange your accumulated points for "shopping coupons." Please note that HANEDA membership registration (which can be done immediately within the app) is required.
Q08How many HANEDA points can I use (exchange)? Also, please tell me the unit in which I can use (exchange) them.
100P can be exchanged for "shopping coupons" in 100 yen increments. Shopping coupons can be used in 100 yen units at the store, but please note that no change will be given.
Q09Please tell me about shopping coupons.
This is a coupon that can be used at target stores (Terminal 1 / Terminal 2) by exchanging accumulated points in units of 100 yen from 100P. Please note that change will not be given. In addition, the expiry date of the "Shopping Coupon" is 24 hours from the date of exchange (issuance). Please make sure to use it at the target store within 24 hours. There are 100 yen, 500 yen, and 1,000 yen types of shopping coupons.

Q11Is there an expiration date for shopping coupons?
The expiry date of the "Shopping Coupon" is 24 hours after it is exchanged (issued). Please be sure to use it at the target store within 24 hours.
Q12Whathappens to expired shopping coupons?
It will be deleted from the screen as it has expired. Please be sure to use it within the expiry date (24 hours from exchange).
Q13I exchanged my accumulated points for a shopping coupon, but can I cancel it?
Please note that once points are exchanged, they cannot be canceled.

Q15CanI exchange points for cash?
Points cannot be exchanged for cash. By exchanging shopping coupons within the app, you can use them for discounts on your purchase price.
Q16Can the shopping coupon be used in conjunction with other discount coupons?
It can also be used in conjunction with other discount coupons.
Q17Will points be awarded for purchases made with "shopping coupons"?
Points will not be awarded for the amount of "Shopping Coupon". However, other payment differences will be credited as usual.
Q18If I use a shopping coupon, will I get change?
If you pay only with a shopping coupon, you will not receive change. If you pay with a shopping coupon and cash, you will receive change for the difference in payment.
Q19Are there any products for which the shopping coupon cannot be used?
Cannot be used when purchasing cash vouchers.
Q20CanI exchange points or mileage for other companies?
We do not exchange points, mileage, electronic money, etc. from other companies.

HANEDA points are valid for 3 years. It expires at the end of the month three years (36 months) after the month of grant. Points awarded within the same month have the same expiration date.

Q03Whathappens to expired points?
Points that have expired will be forfeited. Please note that the certificate will expire at the end of the month three years (36 months) after the month of grant.

Q02Can I transfer HANEDA points to someone else?
Accumulated points can only be used by the person who accumulated them. You cannot transfer your HANEDA points to another person.
Q03CanI combine HANEDA points held by other users?
You cannot combine HANEDA points held by others. Also, the same person cannot create multiple accounts and accumulate HANEDA points at the same time.

Q06What happens to my points if I cancel my HANEDA membership?
When canceling a HANEDA membership, all information about that user will be deleted, so information regarding points will also be deleted.
Q07Will my points balance and history remain if I change my mobile phone model or uninstall the app?
If you are a registered HANEDA member, you can carry over your HANEDA point balance and various history by logging in again after changing models or reinstalling the official Haneda Airport app. Please note that if you are not registered as a HANEDA member, your previous point balance and history will not be carried over.
