This is a members-only points service for users Haneda Airport Official App (Haneda Navigator or HanedaAirport) and those who use the Haneda Airport Official online shop "HANEDA Shopping."

The accumulated points can be used at participating stores within Haneda Airport, and 100 points can be exchanged for 100 yen when shopping.

Q02Please tell me the expiration date of HANEDA Points.
HANEDA Points have a validity period of 3 years. They will expire at the end of the month 3 years (36 months) after the month of award. Points awarded within the same month will have the same validity period.
You can check the expiration date (time of expiry) of HANEDA Points from My Page in Haneda Airport Official App (Haneda Navigator or HanedaAirport) or My Page in HANEDA Shopping.

HANEDA Points are awarded at a rate of 2% of the purchase amount. For purchases of 500 yen or more (excluding tax), you will earn 10 points for every 500 yen (excluding tax), and 100 points can be exchanged for a 100 yen "shopping coupon."
Please note that HANEDA Points are not awarded for ice packs, shipping charges, paid shopping bags, cigarettes, or gift certificates.

HANEDA Points are awarded at a rate of 1% (rounded down to nearest whole number) of the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs and tax). For example, if you spend 1,500 yen, you will receive 15 points.

Q04When will HANEDA Points be awarded?

As a general rule, HANEDA Points awarded for shopping at participating stores will be reflected within the next day of payment. If you use the post-payment application for HANEDA Points within the app, they will be awarded within 7 days excluding Sundays and holidays.
*For retroactive applications, the timing of grants will be irregular during long holidays such as Golden Week and the New Year holidays.

Points will be awarded approximately two weeks after the product has been shipped.
Q05How many HANEDA Points do I need to have to use?

Starting from 100P, 100P = 100 yen.

Starting from 1P, 1P = 1 yen.
Q06Are there any products for which HANEDA Points cannot be earned?
All products are eligible for points (excluding shipping).
Q07If I pay using HANEDA Points, will I get change?
If you pay with a combination of HANEDA Points and cash, you will receive change for the difference in the amount paid.
Q08Will points be awarded for purchases made with HANEDA Points?
Points will not be awarded for any amount used with HANEDA Points.
However, any remaining difference payments will be credited as normal.
How to use HANEDA Points

Q02Can I exchange HANEDA Points for cash?
HANEDA Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please tell the staff at the store that you would like to use your points. Show the barcode to the staff and tell them the number of points you would like to use, and they will use them to get a discount on your purchase.
Q03Can I transfer HANEDA Points to others or combine HANEDA Points held by other users?
Accumulated HANEDA Points can only be used by the person who accumulated them. Your HANEDA Points cannot be transferred to others.
HANEDA Points held by other people cannot be combined.

Q04Can HANEDA Points be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or coupons?
In principle, it is possible to use it in combination with coupons. However, there may be cases where it cannot be used in combination due to campaigns, etc.

Q03Will my points balance and history remain if I change my mobile phone model or uninstall the app?
If you are a registered HANEDA member, you can transfer HANEDA Points balance and various history by logging in again after changing your phone model or reinstalling Haneda Airport Official App (Haneda Navigator or Haneda Airport).
Please note that if you are not registered as a HANEDA member, your previous point balance and history will not be carried over.
Membership information
Q01What happens to my points when I cancel my HANEDA membership?
When canceling a HANEDA membership, all information about that user will be deleted, so information regarding points will also be deleted.
In addition, since Haneda Airport, Haneda Navigator, and the Haneda Airport e-commerce sites (HANEDA Shopping, Haneda Airport and Narita Airport Duty Free Advance Reservation Sites) are all shared memberships, if you cancel your membership on one of them, your membership information will be deleted from all of them.
