Frequently Asked Questions about HANEDA Points

This is a member-only points service for users of Haneda Airport Official App (HANEDA Navigator or HANEDA AIRPORT) and Haneda Airport Official online shop "HANEDA Shopping."

The points you accumulate can be used at participating stores within Haneda Airport, with 100 points representing 100 yen, and can be used when shopping.
*Please note that points are not awarded for purchases made at the in-store dining areas (ticket machines) of "Haneda Sanchokukan" and "Hokkaido Dosanko Plaza," as well as at "HANEDA-YA Gate 7 Store" and KoKuMiN stores located inside the gates of Haneda Airport Terminal 1.

Accumulated points can be used at a rate of 1 yen per point.

HANEDA Points have a validity period of 3 years. They will expire at the end of the month 3 years (36 months) after the month of award. Points awarded within the same month will have the same validity period.

You can check the expiration date (expiry time) of HANEDA Points from My Page in Haneda Airport Official App (HANEDA Navigator or HANEDA AIRPORT) or My Page in HANEDA Shopping.

HANEDA Points reward rate (return rate) is 2% of the purchase amount. Earn 10 points for every 500 yen (excluding tax) spent on purchases of 500 yen or more.

Please note that HANEDA Points are not awarded for ice packs, shipping charges, paid shopping bags, cigarettes, or gift certificates.

[HANEDA Shopping]
HANEDA Points reward rate (rebate rate) is 1% (rounded down to the nearest whole number) of the purchase amount (excluding tax) excluding shipping costs. For example, if you spend 1,500 yen, you will earn 15 points.

[For stores inside Haneda Airport]
As a general rule, HANEDA Points awarded for shopping at participating stores will be reflected the day after payment. If you use the in-app post-payment application for HANEDA Points, they will be reflected the day after application.

[HANEDA Shopping]
Points will be awarded approximately two weeks after the product has been shipped.

[For stores inside Haneda Airport]
Starting from 100 points, you can use them at a rate of 100 points = 100 yen.

[HANEDA Shopping]
You can use it from 1 point, with 1 point = 1 yen.

HANEDA Points are not awarded for ice packs, shipping charges, paid shopping bags, cigarettes, or gift certificates.

All products are eligible for points (excluding shipping fees).

If you pay with a combination of HANEDA Points and cash, you will receive change for the difference in the amount paid.

Points will not be awarded for any amount used with HANEDA Points.
However, any remaining difference payments will be credited as normal.

To start using HANEDA Points Service, you will need to download Haneda Airport Official App (HANEDA Navigator or HANEDA AIRPORT) and register as a member (Japan Airport ID), or register as a member (Japan Airport ID) on HANEDA Shopping.

To use your accumulated points, you will need to register as a HANEDA member (which can be done quickly within the app).

You can use the points by entering the number of points you want to use on the cart screen.

HANEDA Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please tell the staff at the store that you would like to use your points. Show the barcode to the staff and tell them the number of points you would like to use.

Accumulated HANEDA Points can only be used by the person who accumulated them. Your HANEDA Points cannot be transferred to others.

HANEDA Points held by other people cannot be combined.
In addition, the same person cannot create multiple accounts and collect HANEDA Points at the same time. For details, please check the point terms of use.

In principle, it is possible to use it in combination with coupons. However, there may be cases where it cannot be used in combination due to campaigns, etc.

• How to apply for points after the fact
  Please select "Post-application" from "My Page" in the app.
  Please enter the necessary information from your receipt (① store number on the receipt, ② purchase date, ③ register number, ④ total amount (including tax), ⑤ receipt transaction number).
  If your application is approved, points will be awarded the next day or later.
  *Post-applications can be made within 7 days, including the day of use.

If you purchase through HANEDA Shopping, you cannot apply for a refund after the fact.

You can check your HANEDA Points allocation and usage history from My Page in Haneda Airport Official App (HANEDA Navigator or HANEDA AIRPORT) or My Page in HANEDA Shopping.

If you are a registered HANEDA member, you can transfer HANEDA Points balance and various history by logging in again after changing your device or reinstalling Haneda Airport Official App (HANEDA Navigator or HANEDA AIRPORT).
Please note that if you are not a registered HANEDA member, your previous point balance and history will not be carried over.

When canceling a HANEDA membership, all information about that user will be deleted, so information regarding points will also be deleted.

In addition, since HANEDA AIRPORT, HANEDA Navigator, and the Haneda Airport e-commerce sites (HANEDA Shopping, Haneda Airport and Narita Airport Duty-Free Advance Reservation Sites) are all registered members, if you cancel your membership on one of them, your membership information will be deleted from both sites.

1. Tap the "My Page" icon at the bottom of the app and register as a new member.
2. After moving to the email address registration screen, please register an email address that you can use to receive emails.
3. An email requesting authentication will be sent to the registered email address, so please tap the "Email Address Authentication" URL.
4. The "Email address authentication completion screen" will be displayed, so tap the button to return to the app.
5. You will be redirected to the "Customer Information Registration Screen", so please follow the instructions and enter your information.

[HANEDA Shopping]

1. Please register by clicking the "Register as a new member" button under "First-time users" on the login page.
2. After moving to the email address registration screen, please register an email address that you can use to receive emails.
3. An email requesting authentication will be sent to the registered email address, so please tap the "Email Address Authentication" URL.
4. You will be redirected to the "Customer Information Registration Screen", so please follow the instructions and enter your information.
